El Paso County is updating its Land Development Code (LDC). The LDC is the set of regulations – zoning and subdivision – that guide how development should occur within the County.
County Planning and Development staff and our consultant team of Clarion Associates are facilitating community engagement opportunities in September. The events are organized in locations across the county. Please join us at an upcoming event!
This event is intended to inform members of the NEPCO (Northern El Paso County Coalition of Community Organizations) and Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce members about the draft of the new Land Development Code. RSVP's are optional.
