July 24, 2025: Revised Module 1 Draft

The first Module of the El Paso County Land Development is published for review and public comment. It focuses on updates to the County's zoning districts and use regulations. Module 1 introduces updates to the lineup of zoning districts, including dimensional standards (building setbacks, height standards, lot coverage, etc.), and land uses allowed by right or by Special Use review in each district. This draft contains a combination of new content and content from the existing Land Development Code that was revised and formatted for the new LDC. In addition, this draft incorporates extensive input from the project Working Group.
