A draft of the first two modules of the LDC has been released for the community to review and offer comments! This draft includes updates to the Zoning Districts and Uses, and Development Standards chapters of the LDC.

County Planning and Development staff and our consultant team of Clarion Associates are facilitating community engagement opportunities in September to discuss the changes in the new LDC with the community.
